RiverKids is led by Tim Ritter along with an amazing team of volunteers who love engaging children from birth through 4th grade.  Kids matter to God, and he is active in their life today and every day.  RiverKids also engages parents and families with Parent Fuel and other family events through the year.  Family is important – and runs all through the values of the River. Everything we do focuses on 3 big ideas:  it will be FUN, it will be SAFE, and we will learn to live out our FAITH and the BIBLE in CREATIVE ways! 

RiverKids Ministries has age and grade specific environments for each child, and our secure check in begins each Sunday morning at 9:40 am.  Each of our volunteers has been pre-screened and serves because they love children.

INFANTS

This fully staffed nursery is designed for safety and security.  Your little ones will be in good hands that express how God loves each child while you attend the adult service.

PRESCHOOL (2s & 3s)

Volunteers use play, music, games, and snack to share God’s world with your young ones in a safe and fun environment that will have your kids excited to come back week after week.

ELEMENTARY AGE (Grades PreK-4)

An energetic team of volunteers leads a fun-filled experience designed to help your kids really know and live out what the Bible says. Each week there will be a large-group time of fun songs and creative characters sharing our main point, and then the kids will break down into smaller age-specific groups for real life activities that further explore the day’s theme.

PARENT FUEL

RiverKids doesn’t end on Sunday morning.  We partner with parents at the River all week long in helping to develop the faith of your family.  Parent Fuel boxes are a special take-home that become freely available the first Sunday of every month, and have a whole month’s of easy, hands-on fun activities to do with your kids that directly connect to what they are learning about on Sunday mornings!  All this and other resources each month to help equip you as a parent with the challenge of raising great kids who love God in today’s world.
