This past week our hearts have been heavy with Jim & Jolene Leinbaugh as they have been grieving the sudden death of Jolene’s mother, Mary Wolfe. She passed early Monday morning after a sudden heart-attack the week before. Her funeral will be on Saturday afternoon at Southwest Church of Christ. Be sure to pray for their family.
I have really been enjoying teaching these past Sundays with my wife, Carmen. It’s been fun for us to talk through and prepare each week. Thanks so much for all the positive comments and affirmation. We hope that this series is helpful to those of you who are married or will someday be married. Our next Wednesday night iMarriage Class will be on February 29th from 6:30-8:00pm. We’d love to have you study and discuss the topic of marriage with us. This Sunday we will be talking about the third vow in this series. By the way, how are you doing with your assignments? Have you thought something nice… and said it? Have you thought of something special… and did it? Have you considered what you need to change? Great marriages are those where two individuals both work hard at pursuing their number two… since God is our number one!
