1. What is your go-to coffee or tea order?

Coffee w/cream! So boring! 😊

2. What was your very first job, or what did you want to be when you grew up?

First job was Dairy Queen! Loved it! My job was my entire friend group! We had the best days at DQ!

3. What is your favorite book of the Bible, and why?

Hard question! Psalms has always been my go-to. Even in high school, I would always choose a random Psalm to read every night before bed.

4. What excites you most about your role at the church?

What excites me the most is having the ability to bring people to Jesus who might think that they don’t deserve Jesus. People that have pasts that they are not proud of. People that think they don’t belong in church or that they’ve done too much for God to ever love them. I’m excited that we have a place to make these people feel welcomed and loved by God! To show them that we are all broken!

5. What is a piece of scripture or a devotional that is encouraging you right now?

Because I just preached Psalm 23, that’s what has been in my mind and heart. I often say to myself, “Focus on the shepherd, not the problem! I am a sheep! I follow my shepherd!”

6. How can the congregation be praying for you and your family this month?

Pray for my household and that I can be a good and Godly mom. That my son sees Jesus in my everyday life. Pray for God’s protection and provision on my son.

7. What is your favorite hidden gem or restaurant in the Fort Wayne area?

Thai diner, JK O’Donnells

8. Where is your favorite local spot to unwind on a day off?

My back yard patio with Tigger (my pug).
