1. How long have you been a part of The River?

We have attended The River since 2007 and I have been on staff since 2015.

2. Where did you grow up?

I was born in Ohio but moved to Fort Wayne when I was 6 when my dad got a job in the genealogy department of the library.

3. What does your position entail?

I work full time at the Y as well as being the financial director for The River. I handle all of the business, HR, payroll, and accounting for the church.

4. What do you love most about The River?

I love that The River is centered around Jesus and the Bible. It's about being more like Jesus and what the Bible says than about any one person or staff or agenda.

5. What do you like to do during your free time?

I enjoy reading, knitting, and serving others.

6. What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?

I once dressed up as a crash test dummy!

7. What is your favorite scripture?

1 John 4:4 — But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.
