Each summer, we want to engage people in community with other couples and individuals. This summer, we are starting a new community gathering called Dinner With Friends!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The River staff will assign a group of people to meet for a meal once a month for three months in each other’s homes.

The hosts will provide the main entree and beverages.

All guests will be contacted from the host home and instructed what to bring to compliment the meal.

Groups will be no larger than 8 people. You can choose either Friday or Saturday dinner, or Sundays for lunch.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Everyone! This is an ideal way for any adult to make friends within the church, for both new and veteran River family members. If you would like to simply attend a Dinner With Friends, fill out the form below! If you would like to host Dinner With Friends, email Matt Richardson.

“And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved.” -Acts 2:46-47

 When do groups meet?

Dinner With Friends will meet once a month for the summer. Our 3 weekends will be May 31-June 2, July 12-14, and August 9-11.
