1. How long have you been a part of The River?

Carmen and I planted The River in 2006 along with many friends!

2. Where did you grow up?

My early years were spent in Brazil, South America where my parents were missionaries. We moved back to US when I was in 2nd grade and I finished high school in northeast Ohio in a little town called Braceville.

3. What does your position entail?

I’m the Lead Pastor which simply means that I oversee our team and provide vision and leadership. I’m also one of the Elders.

4. What do you love most about The River?

I love the culture that has been created; one of authenticity and simplicity.

5. What do you like to do during your free time?

I love the outdoors, whether its mowing the yard or going for a long hike. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good movie and binge-watching some TV series!

6. What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?

I have been known to leak a few tears during sappy movies!

7. What is your favorite scripture?

Galatians 6:9 — So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.
